Ashmanov & Partners specialists decided to find out which search engine indexes content the fastest. A comprehensive study of the regional search engine market was conducted. The results were quite expected.
As expected, Google turned out to be the leader in the speed of indexing new site pages by robots for the period from the beginning of 2015 to the end of March 2015. In a month, Google indexes approximately 80% of new site pages.
Yahoo came in second place, having significantly improved its results. Third place went to Poisk@Mail.ru, and fourth to Yandex. About 60% of new site pages fall into the Yahoo, Poisk@Mail.ru and Yandex indexes per month. The Bing search engine turned out to be a complete outsider.
The authors of the study note that the Poisk@Mail.ru service began to work significantly better and became the leader in several evaluation categories, such as search in regions and search in personal blogs.
Yandex became a leader only due to the high quality of address search and effective error correction in search queries.
