Google has launched a new “Safe Browsing” section in the Service and Data Availability Report. In it, the search engine will publish information about the main threats users face online: sources of malware and phishing attacks.
The report will include statistics on how many people see security warnings each week, which hosting providers are used by malicious sites, and much more.
The new section also presents statistics showing how quickly webmasters make changes to a site after receiving a hacking notification, as well as how often a site becomes reinfected after the problems have been resolved.
